Walk half a mile to Kingsbury Beach, or bike to First Encounter Beach or Coast Guard Beach at Cape Cod National Seashore! Bike Trail access on Kingsbury Beach Rd. This house has a 32 by 15 foot back porch with chairs, picnic table, and grill facing nature preserve, hammock and outdoor enclosed shower too! Master Bedroom (BR#1) on first floor with 3 windows, next to bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Upstairs has sitting room with balcony over deck, bath with shower, and 2 bedrooms. BR#2 has 2 windows, 1 skylight and queen bed plus trundle bed with 2 twins. BR#3 has window, 2 skylights, double/full bed plus trundle bed with 2 twins. Smart TV (65”) in LR and lots of games and books for evenings!
