Located in a residential neighborhood in North Hollywood, Casa Rosa is a 5-minute walk to NoHo West for easy shopping and local cafes. A short drive to Ventura Blvd with its many dining options. Near Studios in Burbank, Studio City & Hollywood. Public transportation by local buses, North Hollywood or Universal City/Studio City Metro station or Uber. We have free gated parking. Street parking is available too.

Why they chose this property
It is a quiet residential neighborhood that is centrally located with families, professionals and everyone in between. I like that it is a 5 minute walk to Noho West for quick dining, coffee and shopping. Universal Studios is 10 mins, Hollywood -15 mins, the beaches 30 mins away. It is easy to get to different parts of LA.
What makes this property unique
Casa Rosa is a bright, modern and charming bungalow with California inspired art, lovely patio with outdoor dining table and seating, and a gazebo, There are different potted plants and succulents in the yard. I think you will enjoy it too.
