This delightful oceanfront rental home offers old fashioned charm with all of the modern amenities. Located directly on the beach with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub, modern kitchen and enclosed outside shower. Other amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central heat and air, cable television in every room with DVD and stereo in living room, charcoal grill, sun deck, outside shower and ceiling fans. No pets and non-smoking home.

We have been going to OBX for the last 35 years and this house was by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. It's the perfect spot for a family of 4. I cant recommend the place enough!

Great place! Location was central to everything. Amazing sunrises. Saw a school of dolphins playing in the water. Hot tub was great to relax in. Kitchen was spacious, open living area and beds were comfortable. A few grocery stores down the street to shop at for anything you didn’t bring.

Fantastic oceanfront beach house

This home was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, the updated kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of seating. We enjoyed being able to walk right onto the beach or enjoy the view from the deck chairs. Restaurants and shopping are close by. We hope to return some day!

Adorable House on the Ocean

We had an amazing time at Gracie Bell's. The layout worked perfectly for our family of 5 with two teen boys. We loved being able to hear the ocean at night and to walk there first thing in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Gracie Bell's-Anita is the best VRBO host we have ever had. So responsive with any questions I had before and during trip, home was immaculate, hot tub was incredible and cleaned twice while we were there, which was great! Views were breathtaking, dolphins at sunrise and sunset from the deck. We will absolutely be booking again!

Amazing Outer Banks Home !!!!!

If you are looking for an amazing, on the beach, very clean, so cozy you won't want to leave home, this is it!!!! Anita is so friendly and responsive a truly a great host. We had an amazing stay at Gracie Bell’s Sea Shell. This is the last summer that MY Gracie will be vacationing with us before college, so it was very special. The property was beautiful. The owners were beyond helpful. And even when we had a mishap on OUR end, they were more than gracious and understanding. I recommend them and this beautiful beachside home to anyone!

Memorable Family Vacation

This Vrbo has excellent beds and pillows. It is very clean. The kitchen is exceptionally clean and well equipped.The outdoor stairs leading to the front door are steep and wouldn’t be safe for elderly guests especially when carrying suitcases and other supplies. We were disappointed that the windows toward the ocean don’t open so we could not hear the waves from indoors. The window screens were the only thing not well maintained.
