Steps from The Beach!

Immaculate 2-bedroom cottage. Third house from the beach! Quiet neighborhood on an almost dead end street. Unwind and relax.
Completely renovated in 2018. Updated kitchen, appliances, bath, furniture. Big outdoor shower, new gas grill, big deck with canopy-covered dining table. Off-street parking.
Breathtaking sunsets on the Delaware Bay only a few steps away. No parking meters, beach tags, big crowds, or big waves. Warmer water, gentle waves and sunsets on the beach (a real rarity on the East Coast).
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, smooth surface electric range, dishwasher, breakfast bar, coffee pot, toaster oven, pots, pans, etc.
Both Bedrooms have a full-sized (i.e., double) bed. Leather sofa in the living room (does not fold out). Flat screen television with Xfinity Cable and Roku. The house has heat, air conditioning and and high-speed (200Mbps) Wi-Fi.
We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, noodles and boogie boards (no kayak or inflatable boat). We provide sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets, but not towels. You can have towels delivered to the house via: linenladies.com, islandsbestrentals.com, wildwoodrentalsupply.com, or seadreamscapemay.com. No washer/dryer (yet), but Bayshore Laundry & Linen is only one mile away. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets, and please no smoking in the house.
There are many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries. Only 5 miles from historic Cold Spring Village and the Cape May Ferry (an 85-minute cruise to historic Lewes, Delaware). Less than 10 miles from both Victorian Cape May and the Wildwood Boardwalk.

Sweet beach cottage

This was our 2nd year staying at this beach house. We absolutely love it. The inside is very clean, there is such a nice outdoor area to have a fire or just hang out. The bay area is beautiful especially at sunset. Ray was a very attentive host. We definitely plan to come back again!

Lovely House Near The Beach

Very nice accommodations. Very clean and very short walk to the beach. Quick drive and you are in Wildwood or Cape May Center. Seafood take out down the street was fabulous. Would recommend quiet and family oriented.

Most Incredible Location

My family has stayed in VRBO literally all over the world. This incredible cottage in The Villas was the absolute best stay ever. I have never seen a more perfectly stocked and furnished location - they did not forget ANYTHING! We even had chip clips on the fridge! Owner came by to make sure everything was good. Having a history of family from Cape May County, this added even more to the family feel. Would 100% stay in this location again.

Beautiful location, great host

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The host communicated procedures in a detailed email and was responsive to any questions we had. The property was very clean and had more than we expected. They give you access to a shed with beach chairs, toys, etc. There are many outdoor spaces to enjoy and you are just a short walk from the beach. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. It is a quiet neighborhood.You are within driving distance of Cape May and Wildwoods, so you can drive if you want bigger ocean rides or to enjoy a boardwalk. We enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful beach house

The beach house is in a beautiful location- really close to the beach on the bay side and just 10-15 minutes from downtown. The beach is great for watching the sunset, but had jellyfish when we were there. It was also very buggy on many occasions. Ray will handle any problem without invading your privacy; I did not have any. It's a nice place, clean and functional, but you have fast internet and TV, and a little walk to a lovely shore. Comfy Cottage

Comfy cottage in a nice family neighborhood steps from the beach. Host was very nice and communicated very well with us. House was nicely decorated with great amenities especially the shed in the backyard had nice beach chairs and games. Outdoor shower in the back was huge perk. Back yard also has a nice firepit area with a grill. Front yard has a nice deck with a pergolas and an outdoor dinning table with chairs. Also has strung lights for hanging out at night. The beach was less than a two minute walk. We have some spectacular sunset pictures from that beach which is the Delaware Bay. The price was very reasonable compared to staying in CapeMay or Wildwood which are very short drives. Highly recommend for a small family. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you
