Everything was wonderful! Very accurate listing. Host was fabulous and so nice to work with. Perfect home for family of 6. Great, safe neighborhood. Close to shopping, easy access to hwy 91. Beautiful patio area. washer and dryer great asset! Home felt cozy and comfortable. No central air conditioning but the air conditioners that were in the home worked fantastic and kept the house very comfortable in July! 10/10…highly recommended this home!

Weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay at Erin’s home. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room. The deck is lovely as is the sunroom. We will visit again soon.

Bug ridden. Avoid

The house had ten bags of garbage outside when we arrived and shortly after we started noticing bugs. First it was ants in the kitchen and then more ants and other bugs upstairs in the bedrooms. The host had the garbage removed after a day or so and sent ant traps and bug spray. There were ant traps in the house when we arrived. It was very uncomfortable staying in the house given the situation. I would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately our cleaners did not let us know there was excessive trash from the previous guests. We are grateful for how beautifully they maintain our home and are glad we were able to resolve the extra bags of trash once we were notified. As far as the bugs, we are not able to control what happens in the home once guests have arrived and inhabited the home for days. If doors or windows are left open, especially at night, yes beetles can and will enter the home. Same with any spills or food left out can attract ants. We do provide bug spray in the home for any circumstances where one may encounter nature that has made its way in during their stay. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay, yet it did not influence you enough to leave the premises early. You finished out your stay and then threatened a bad review when we did not refund for circumstances we do not feel responsible for. Our home is delivered in beautiful condition and we are confident in our cleaners abilities and the cleanliness of our home.

We’ve stayed multiple times and it is the cleanest vacation rental! Very accommodating and everything you’d need. Nice street, close to everything, easy to stay!
