This property, was as it was listed. However, this place is in need of major maintenance, the pictures on the listing are from years ago and this home has had a rough life since. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired as well. All said, this home was clean and accommodated our needs for our trip.

An excellent option for a large group.

We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!

Property is in a gentrified poor neighborhood, high visitor traffic at house across the street all through the night, needs repainting, no soap or shampoo, very few towels
