Casa De V's Pet Friendly Charmer near Bidwell and Downtown

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this centrally located pet friendly lower unit within walking distance to Bidwell Park and Downtown. Completely remodeled, attractively furnished, and pet friendly - this home has everything you'd need for both a long stay or weekend getaway. Being that this is the lower unit, and a 1940's home, you may encounter some transferring sounds from the upper unit.

Guests have a private entrance to the lower-level unit through the right side of the property walkway. In addition to the 3 bedroom/1 bath unit, guests have their own fenced side yard, with an artificial turf area for the dogs.

Added bonus is the private side yard area that's perfect for your furry travel partner! Price for "well behaved" dogs is $30 per night, per dog - 2 dogs maximum.

There is an additional unit on the main level of this property along with another studio down the road. Should you require additional space or less space, please consider our other units.

Weekend Getaway

Such a cute place. Neighborhood was really nice and parking was easy. I loved that it is in walking distance to Bidwell Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with essentials.

This wonderful little get-away was very updated & clean. It had everything we needed & more…my favorite things were the comfy sofa-sectional, and the shower. The owner was very responsive & accommodating. I would definitely love stay here again!!

Perfect Location

The rental was in a perfect location and very clean. I did not, however, know that it would not be staying in the main house when I rented this property. The property is located in the basement below the house. At times a little bit, noisy from the tenant above however, cute and great location near downtown and the park.

Great for families visiting Chico students

This property was perfect for our adult family of 5 plus our 2 cocker spaniels. It was within walking distance to downtown and the park. The owners built out their basement into a very bright, warm and usable space. It’s equipped with all the dishes, cookware, appliances and cleaning supplies needed. The side yard is enclosed and very pet friendly. Amy was quick and kind in all correspondence. Check in and check out was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a place while visiting Chico, we highly recommend Casa de V!!

"Lower Level" Basement Unit

Very comfortable unit. Very clean and well stocked. However, it was unclear that the "Lower Level" unit was in the basement. It was comfortable, but I was under the assumption that we would be occupying the house shown in the description. With maybe an attic unit?
