Enjoyed the hot tub, hammocks, and playing cornhole. Nice small town in a great location! In our 3night stay we were able to visit; Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and Grand Canyon (north rim). Overall great experience.
We really enjoyed staying here for a little trip. There were a couple small things that could have been better but overall it was just what we needed and we were grateful to be there.
Great base camp for a quick overnight trip to explore northern AZ and southern UT. Perfect location for easy walking distances to spots in Kanab.Great communication from hosts and easy in and out process. It was a quiet night and aside from brief or fleeting interactions with other guests at the outdoor seating and game room we didn’t hear or see anyone else.
Loved the place and its proximity to main street area. Shared area with jacuzzi and other amenities was great! My only regret was that we only stayed one day. I would definitely return for a longer stay!
Nice Cabin stay close to many activities. The cabin was very nice and enjoyed all the amenities. Loved the kitchen and living room. Also the laundry facilities were great. Would recommend.
The propert is a little loud, you can hear everythingfrom the next door unit. We had a fantastic time and left comfortable. Loved the hammock swing in the unit.
This location worked so well for as. We wanted to visit Zion and Bryce National Parks. It was approximately 1-1/2 hours to both parks from here. The place was clean and spacious. Would recommend.

The room is old and run down. It was clean. After showering the next morning the drains became clogged and sewage backed up into the tub/shower. They did send a handyman out but he was not able to fix it. They were very good about refunding my money. Hot tub was not available.
First off, the good: property was well-located in town, concept is solid, amenities offered to guests are diverse and unique (hot tub, cowboy pool, common room, hammocks and swing chairs).
Now the not-so-good: Hot tub should be maintained better (seemed to be mud smeared on inside walls),should be a checklist for cleaners to be sure minimum supplies are provided in the units (we had to request dishwasher soap and laundry detergent was out), also more hooks in the unit are needed for hanging towels, gear, etc. Finally, we saw and reported a mouse in our kitchen (we personally set a trap we found under the sink and caught two!), were told they were addressing the problem, but were not provided any type of anti-bacterial cleaner to wipe down counters or other surfaces. Mice carry disease, and if they are a known problem, providing proper cleaning materials should be minimally required by health code.
