Family friendly home with pool, walk/bike to the beach or town!

Newly renovated home with open floor plan and 2 primary suites. Our lovely 4-bedroom home with pool is ideally located on a private peninsula in Sag Harbor. Our quiet community is within walking distance (0.5 miles) to the family-friendly bay beach called “Long Beach,” where children can comfortably play in the calm waters. Yet, we are a quick bike ride (2 miles) to the bustling village of Sag Harbor, where you can enjoy the restaurants, shops, live music, movie theater, salons, and the spoils of the wharf, where you can arrange to sail, fish, kayak and paddleboard. We are also located near the Hampton’s best vineyards and farmer’s markets. Its special setting also offers a nearby boat ramp with water access so that you can kayak or paddleboard to town!

Perfect vacation rental!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was so clean, newly renovated and comfortable, the location was perfect and it was a great set-up for traveling with our toddler. We loved going to the bay beach just down the street to watch the sunset every nite. Barbara was an excellent host. When the grill was low on propane, she had the tank replaced within 2 hours. That was our only reason to contact her for our 10 day stay. We would certainly be interested in renting again next summer.

Charming home! Perfect for our family.

This home was so cute and charming, and perfect for my family. My kids loved the swings and slide in the backyard, and we all loved being so near Long Beach, which we went to every day. The owners were great to deal with, and we would happily stay here again.

Great Sag Harbor Rental!

We stayed for Labor Day Week and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. You are a 5 minute drive to Sag Harbor and close to the bay which we went to every day. We would come back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We rented this lovely home the first week in August and it was perfect. It was clean, centrally located, had everything that we needed and the owners were very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was darling and only a short drive to the town of Sag Harbor. Would rent again next year!
