Caribbean Dunes 111 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Nestled in the heart of Destin and just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, this quaint Destin condo is ideal for a fun-filled beach vacation! Its location is one to be envied with the beautiful white beaches only a minute’s walk away and plenty of exciting shops and recreation centers very close by. Hurricane Lanes Bowling Alley, shopping at the Destin Commons and several award-winning Golf courses are all within about a mile’s radius. Resting on the bottom floor of Caribbean Dunes, the club house and pool deck are only about ten feet from the front door. Float for hours in the refreshing pool waters surrounded by majestic palms, and lounge chairs. Unwind in the hot tub and then break for lunch under a shady umbrella while viewing the emerald waters of the Gulf. Or take an invigorating walk along the bike and walking trail! It winds for miles along the mesmerizing Gulf and passes great local flavors like Camille’s café and Pompano Joe’s grille. The best part is that a stretch of it goes right past the back patio doors so it’s definitely easy to find! A charming interior of beachy hues, nine foot ceilings, and original watercolor paintings create an inviting and comfortable ambiance. The master bedroom enjoys designer furniture and silky linens with an adjacent master bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. Moreover, a cozy southern kitchen has all the necessities you’ll need for a great family dinner to compliment a great vacation! During Spring Break this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Wonderful Stay

This stay was better than expected. We’ve never stayed anywhere that wasn’t directly on the beach but the beach access across the road was actually faster than normal for us. Very clean and the poo was shaded around 3 so it made it perfect for our kiddos. Would stay here again!

A great stay!

The rental was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location, steps away from the pool and beach. Checking in and out was super easy and communication from Newman Daily was perfect. Great stay at Crystal Beach!

We loved our visit to Crystal Beach. The unit was perfect for us. Clean and well equipped. Can’t beat the location as we rode our bikes each day and walked to the beach. The pool area was very nice. Tons of great restaurants within walking/biking. Thank you!

Place was perfect for small group! But every step a person in the unit above could be heard throughout night. Also any noise throughout the unit could be heard in bedroom with both doors closed! Dishes were all dirty and sticky as well.

A bit disappointed overall

I was extremely disappointed that the jacuzzi tub in the condo had mold in it and was not able to be used. The jets in the tub were not shown in the picture so this was something you knew about and hid form the advertising. I rented this condo because a jacuzzi tub was Very important to me and a hot tub by the pool was also very important to me. On the 3rd day of the hot tub being cold I contacted the property to tell them the hot tub was cold. It was then fixed. I feel I paid a lot of money for the 2 things that were most important to me and I got cheated on both of them. The location of the condo and the comfort of it was perfect.

Great alternative if you can't be on the beach.

The property, associated with beachfront condos across the street, is a very convenient and cost-effective alternative. The pool is nicer than the beachfront condo pools in the area. The kitchen and whole condo is well-appointed with what you need to enjoy your time. The only negative from us, and we realize it is probably due to the pandemic and Covid protocols, is the inequity in a 4 pm check-in but such an early checkout. Also, the door lock was a little fussy, but everything else was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Senior citizens going wild

Place was great,not far from beach, lots of great restaurants not far away. Lots to do! Weather sucked but thats a gamble you always take.

The unit was filthy!!

The unit was not clean, the sofa and chair are filthy, bathroom floor was really filthy with a pile of dark hair in the corner, the thresholds into the bathroom are disgustingly filthy The kitchen furnishings were totally unacceptable, nothing to use, everything totally mismatched and should be thrown in the trash!! I have pictures of the filth I would love to show you!!

Sleepless in Destin

The location was great! For the most part we had all we needed, but the bed was the worst we have tried to sleep on. My husband ended up sleeping on the bunk bed because we couldn’t sleep in the bed together. A new mattress is needed for sure! We had to buy toilet paper because we were there for a full week and there was only one roll.

Great property Fabulous location

Location was superb. Destin is like a second home for us, we love being in close proximity to the beach and this condo did not disappoint. We walked literally 1 min to the corner cafe every morning for great breakfast, smoothies and fresh juices.
