If you are looking for Paradise, this is IT. The location of this Little Cottage is 30 feet out the front door to the most beautiful sandy beach. The snorkeling and fishing are exciting. There is a pool on the property, exercise room, Bar-B-Q area and parking. This cottage is completely furnished with all you will need. There are local restaurants nearby and Super Markets. You will never forget the Sunset and Sunrise as you sit in the comfort of this House by the Sea. There are turtles everywhere on the beach in the early morning. This cottage is perfect if you are looking for a serene, calm, quiet vacation. There is everything you will need included with this rental. Boogie boards, snorkel equipment beach mats, beach chairs and umbrella, a pool (unless being worked on) and many more items to make it comfortable. The Bar-B-Q and pool are nearby for the perfect chef. 🌺🌺

Cottage was as described. Perfect view! Couldn't be better! host was concerned about the construction, but that was not an issue at all! With our reserved parking space, we never had an issue finding a spot. Only things I would mention would be...There is no air conditioning, just fans and even with the fans, If you're not used to heat and humidity it could be uncomfortable. Also, because the beach access and hose off is right by the cottage, and the cottage has so many wonderful windows, there is not a lot of privacy. You don't want to close the curtains, Because then you close off the airflow, but people can see right in the cottage, if it's dark outside and the lights are on in the cottage. So we went to bed with the sun and woke up with the sun. But the fact that we could walk out and snorkel, with sea turtles was epic!!!!!Several very useful items in the kitchen for cooking, which we did. Loved the use of the rice cooker.Excellent location on Oahu! Away from the main crowds, everywhere you look is beautiful! Quiet, and peaceful!

We loved this little cottage. It was clean and had all the ameneties that we needed. Good location for exploring the North Shore. Host was very concerned about the ongoing construction interferring with our trip, but the company doing the work always provided us with a spot. Communicaton was good. We saw turtles on the beach.

Location, Location, Location! Snorkeled with the turtles and really enjoyed the outside lanai. It's an older complex that could use some TLC but it was clean and everyone was very friendly. There was construction going on in the front parking lot that didn't really affect our stay. The owner was very proactive in notifying us about the construction and parking situation.

Amazing location! The host Terrie was very communicative and we had no issues checking in or out. We love the north shore and staying at this cottage made our trip even better! I do want to note that the cottage is one of a quad-plex (first floor, so can walk right to beach from the patio!) and the beach is shared with a hotel, so it was not as private as we initially expected, but that didn't affect our overall experience. Would book again!

Stay was simply wonderful! Turtles galore and Terries property is the sweetest of all the cottages! Terries sweet all day long as well. Seriously this stay will make you come back for more.

Beautiful view!

While the cottage is a little old, it's comfortable and had everything we needed. The view, closeness to the beach, and the sea turtles basking on the beach in the early mornings definitely make it a place to experience. The host, Terrie, is extremely helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up every morning seeing the sunrise from the lanai. Beautiful location and a very cute cottage.

Paradise Awaits

Terrie has an amazing beach front property which words can't explain. We didn't want to leave lol. 40 min from Waikiki and the HNL airport. Markets and shops all close by. I will be back! Thank you Terrie!

Absolute Paradise

The location directly on the beach could not be better! The lanai is beautiful and it was so peaceful to relax while listening to the ocean waves. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. We would stay again!

I have lived in Hawaii all my life (4th generation)and finally got a place near the ocean to enjoy in my Senior years. I spend days here and have a difficult time going back to my city house. I love fishing and swimming and can watch my fishing pole from the living room, however, now I can also enjoy the sound of the waves, the beautiful mornings and lovely sunsets from my little Hale.

Why they chose this property

I have rented beach houses all the way down the shore of Punaluu, Hauula, and Laie. This area was always my favorite because of the excellent beach that is never crowded. To be able to stay in my swim suit all day going into the water, out to cook, into the water, out for a drink and back into the water is the true Hawaiian Lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

This little cottage actually is enjoyed by all my family and friends. It is just the right size to and is just be an intimate hideaway. The right music at sunset will make for a wonderful memory.
