One of the largest one-bedroom units in the building, it boasts a sunny, bright atmosphere and a front balcony with views of Rehoboth. Forget about traffic or parking struggles — one off-street parking space is provided. Bike racks are available in the rear of the building and throughout the city. The unit is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and washer/dryer. The Ark is a quiet building, maintained in like-new condition, ensuring a relaxing stay.
LOCATION: Just a few blocks from the beach, downtown restaurants, clubs, and tax-free shopping. Explore the Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market at Grove Park, or enjoy the nearby Tot Lot in The Pines area — perfect for families. Take a stroll along the charming alleyways, enjoy outdoor seating along the boardwalk, or hop on the city bus in front of the building to reach Dewey Beach, Tanger Outlets, or other entertainment destinations.
PARKING: One assigned off-street parking space.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, bike racks on-site, central AC, and a well-appointed kitchen.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are provided, and beds will be made for your stay. There are steps inside the bi-level unit. No pets and no smoking. Beautiful and close to everything

Lovely condo style unit. Well appointed with everything you need. Nice balcony for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Parking was easy and secure. Would DEFINITELY book again.

Location Great, stay not so much…

Property location was great, ease of check in and out A+. Condo not so good. The must smell was overwhelming and you can see it through out the Condo. We left a day earlier because of the smell and the uncomfortable bed. The must smell was bad in the bedroom.
