location of property was absolutely wonderful. perfect spot for just my husband and I to relax and enjoy our anniversary week. downfall would be the parking situation and the inside furniture. couldn’t park at the property which is fine cause it was a nice walk but would’ve made unloading easier. Overall, fantastic stay and location.

For future reference, guests are welcome to park in front of the house temporarily while loading and unloading—it’s perfectly fine to do so. This rental is managed through a rental property company so, you know, we had to have extra steps during check in and check out to first go to the property office (which wasnt too far away, and I guess I can find silver lining in that it was nostalgic to my childhood when my parents would go through this process 25 years ago). You are given a free parking space but its about a block or two away from the property - no sight of vehicle. You just have to trust nothing will happen to it, so that's thrilling I suppose.Also no linens or towels are provided. Please BYO. We learned the hard way. Otherwise, the rental was exactly as it appears in the description and pictures. Its perfect for two people max. Very close to the beach and in the middle of Rehoboth shopping, dining etc. Overall, it is what the listing says it is.

Check-in was quick and the person who helped me was friendly. Space was perfect for what I needed. I will say it was a bit of a trek to the parking spot and due to the folks in the front parking in the driveway it made unpacking difficult but I didn't mind too much.

Reviewer Comments: We felt it best to cancel our stay due to the erratic behavior of hurricane Erin. Having been thru “Hurricane Andrew” years ago, we felt it wise to cancel our plans. BHHS were ok, but the info showed parking on site which it wasn’t - actually a block or half away. Also we were told Comcast was coming early a.m. while we were there and would be an inconvenience to our stay. All in all we decided we would chose another apartment in the future.

Charming Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little cottage, right by the beach. You can't beat the location! Right by the beach and across from Funland. Perfect for a single person or a couple, but not ideal for more than 2 total. There is a parking spot, but it is a couple of blocks away...we didn't even need to move our car the entire trip. The furniture could use an update...living room furniture was made for a patio and the bed is drastically sinking into the middle. Those are the only 2 negatives I would comment on...the rest is great! So many great restaurants that are within a 5 minute walk from this property.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the boardwalk. It was also private and quiet. We'd definitely stay here again!
