Overlooks the Stahl House, Chateau Marmont, Sunset Boulevard, and virtually every landmark in Los Angeles from Santa Monica to Century City, the Griffith Observatory to Downtown. Comfortably furnished with high end interior design work and beautifully renovated outdoor deck and living area.

Reliable high speed (300+ Mbps) Internet with sufficient upload and download speed to handle 3-4 simultaneous video calls. There are dedicated work stations with external monitors, power strips, and lamps in two bedrooms. Enjoy views of infinite LA palm trees while you let your mind wander on video calls ;)

Other things to note
Because this is our primary home, we will be very sensitive on the profiles of interested renters. We don’t want party-ers, we don’t want people who are going to disrupt neighbors. You will have a great time here, and we prefer Airbnbers who are respectful of venues and surroundings. Please feel free to message me before booking to introduce yourself. No parties, no smoking - any evidence of these will surrender the rest of the stay, plus any security deposit.
