We are genuinely sorry that the home did not meet your expectations, especially given the significance of your stay and the standard you understandably expected at this price point. We take great pride in our homes, our service and our guest experience. We appreciated you bringing these concerns to our attention during your stay. As soon as we heard from you, our property manager went to the home and we arranged for additional cleaning right away and to speak with you about the home and walkthrough whatever you would like. We want you to know that we took your feedback very seriously. The maintenance items you brought to our attention have already been addressed, the furniture has been thoroughly cleaned, and we are also completing an additional deep clean of the home. Upholstered furniture does require additional time to properly clean and dry, which can be challenging during the short window between guest departures and arrivals, but we recognize that this should not have impacted the experience you walked into. We are especially disappointed that these concerns overshadowed your time in an area you clearly love and left you questioning the value of your stay. That is certainly not the experience or impression we want any guest to leave with. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. We truly appreciate it and are committed to ensuring the home is presented and maintained to the standard our guests should expect. We genuinely hope we have the opportunity to host you in the future under better circumstances.
