Great Retreat!

Coaches house was a great stay for our group. Plenty of space to hang out together or in separate groups. Easy access to what Gainesville has to offer. We enjoyed our time here as the house worked perfectly for us.

Beautiful large home, perfect for our family get together

Large, spacious and well equipped! We were a group of 11 and we were not overcrowded and had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms where everyone was impressed and complimented the property!

Unit was just okay. Landscaping was in need of attention 15 years ago. Cement walkway into unit had several issues enough to wonder why the owners want to expose themselves to all that Liability. Only one towel per bathroom for 2 people to use (5 1/2 Bathrooms). Kitchen had the bare essentials we had to purchase additional silverware and pots. Game room has no AC. Bedrooms only had queen beds, pillows were hard and big. House could use a refresh ! Furniture was old and smelled like it. Young and old people needed help getting up from couches. I have never experienced 1/2 ply toilet paper, but I have now ! Overall the house has good bones but needed some TLC 15 years ago. Carpets need deep cleaning, furniture and beds updated……..

Great Place to Stay!

I rented this property because I was attending a music festival in downtown Gainesville and needed somewhere to stay that was close by. The house is great for a bunch of friends to stay together. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge plus. The house is HUGE and has awesome amenities like a game room and a big pool. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gainesville.

Unique property with bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Several large common areas, modern open kitchen, outdoor area with pool. Extremely comfortable and suitable for a large group. Highly recommended

Great Space for Large Family

Stayed at the home for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and eat! It was great to also have an outdoor space to sit and relax. Double oven was convenient, 2 rooms with large tvs so football could be on while other room used to watch the parade or just use as a space to converse on comfy sofas. Worked out great for our holiday family dinner!

AMAZING 80th Birthday For My Sister !!!

The house was AMAZING !!!! A bathroom in EVERY bedroom and an extra on near the living room / kitchen area. The house was well stocked with lots of things we dilike coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner…etc.

Best VRBO we have ever visited!

The Coaches House is amazing! It exceeded our expectations and the photos don't do it justice. The owner was quick to respond to all of our needs. Each of the 5 bedrooms were spacious and have their own baths. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of living spaces with 3 large sectionals in each of the rooms. The kitchen was great and had all of the necessary utensils needed. The backyard and Pool were a perfect escape from the hot Florida sun. The house is very conveniently located within minutes to UF. We will definitely return to the home soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
