My husband Stephen and I currently reside in South Florida and have four Beautiful & Talented kids. Stephen and two of our children graduated from the University of Florida. We purchased this home when our eldest son, Jason started college and it’s been the hub for artists and musicians ever since. Jason always made sure whoever lived there was either an artist, supported the arts and appreciated the arts. It definitely made sense since Stephen got his degree in Fine Arts and all four of our children actively pursue the arts, two of them professionally. As for me, Diane, not a creative, but I am passionate about supporting artists who don’t always have the familial and financial support needed to practice their craft. Our children inspired me to dig deeper and as a result, I now am a co-founder of a non-profit called B-GREAT which supports underserved and undervalued creatives ages 18-35 years of age. More about that later, for now, we want to make sure ALL our guests feel right at home and enjoy their visit to Gainesville.

Why they chose this property

This beautiful home built in 1974, was recently renovated in 2021. The kitchen is completely updated with all new stainless steel appliances. All cooking essentials are included. The living room suits your comfort with brand new furniture along with a new 60’ smartTV, and the dinning room contains enough seating for a feast up to (insert number) guests. All six bedrooms and four bathrooms have been freshly updated with flooring, paint, and more. Three out of the six bedrooms have their own, private bathrooms, and all bedrooms have outdoor access. There is plenty of land in the front and the back of the house in case anyone wants to get active or if you need some fresh air. For you far travelers, there is sufficient space to safely secure your RV and we also provide an electrical charging outlet at your convenience.

What makes this property unique

The property offers plenty of space for parking, a large yard in the front and back for activities, and a surrounding fence to give you your privacy. The inside of the home has been completely renovated and has been updated with all new appliances, furniture, and amenities.
