Most desirable beach front condos. It is located on the 8th floor of this 10 story condo offering unsurpassed views of the beach, especially their unforgettable sunsets. This unit is a two bedroom two bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest has 2 double size beds and a sleep sofa. In addition to the secured gated entrance amenities include two heated pools, two tennis courts and fitness room. New 40" flat screen TV and TV in master bedroom. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite, custom cabinets and upgraded appliances. Washer/Dryer in the unit.

All residences in the Somerset face the Gulf of Mexico, providing unobstructed views. Delight in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the private balcony. Somerset amenities include two heated pools, two tennis courts, BBQ grills, and exercise facility.

Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities to enjoy on Marco Island. Walk to unique shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Explore the breathtaking landscape and natural wonders of the area by ship, boat, kayak or canoe!

HOA application fee is $154.80. Applications must be received by the manager at least 5 days prior to the arrival date.

Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Lovely place to call home for the week!

Fabulous location and fantastic home for our first trip together as a family. Marco is amazing by itself but to pair it with this home made it even better.

Great unit, needs a few basic updates

We had a very nice stay in this unit. The furniture all seems recently updated, as well as the washer/dryer, and the bathrooms have been nicely renovated. A few simple amenities would have been greatly appreciated: a few throw blankets (we had to use the comforters from the beds when watching tv at night...), pillows for the kids beds (there were only the pillow shams, which the kids didn’t mind, but teens or adults sleeping in those beds would have been annoyed), and the kitchen utensils need a major refresh (can opener is rusted over, need new spatulas, tongs, knives, oven mits - just those basics were really lacking in this unit). Otherwise, we loved the location and the condo complex was low-key and quiet.
