The house was in the perfect location for us, and owner takes pride in keeping it updated and stocked for guests. Plenty of room for our family of four, and the mini-split air conditioner in the family room really makes this home a standout in terms of comfort.

Guy's Trip

Ken's place was perfect for our trip. Pool, hot tub, gym, game room and racquetball court kept us busy when hanging out. Hope to come back soon.

Winter getaway

My wife, and friends rented this place for a week. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, and contained all the amenities listed on the webpage. We also had great communication with the owners. I would definitely rent it again.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed the house a lot. The backyard is a private oasis that feels very relaxing. The house is cozy. Beds a little on the firm side, but still comfortable.. Everything was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great, Convenient Spot at Ft. Lauderdale

This place was great. Reasonably price, great customer service. The host contacted us the day before to set up a code we would like. Property outside was tidy and clean and inside was super clean. There were all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes you would need for a long term stay to include a dishwasher and stove with a nice fridge. The hot tub's temperature is adjustable. There were no issues with checkout either. The host was kind and let us stay past checkout time because there were no guests coming after us just so we could wait until our flights that evening. Neighborhood was safe as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable with beds that are of great quality. Very minor wear and tears but nothing that affected the overall quality of the stay. The host had all the essentials and more for baby/toddlers. (We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looks very nice!!!)Kitchen was well stocked with a variety of basic condiments, spices and appliances (coffee maker, French drip, toaster etc).Host was responsive and very helpful. Overall a very comfortable, cozy and clean house that is well stocked (toiletries, towels, baby essentials) for family that’s traveling. We will definitely book it again if we are in the area!
