Welcome to Pecan Grove, a stunning 3BR/2BA ranch-style house in the heart of Frisco - your perfect home away from home!

Unwind with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TVs, fiber optic high-speed internet, and a large private backyard with fire pit. Perfect for relaxing or working remotely!

With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and queen-size beds in the two remaining bedrooms, there's ample space for up to six guests. The large dining table also easily accommodates six people. We provide essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Situated in Frisco’s vibrant Rail District, enjoy exploring downtown shopping and restaurants or easily walk to Toyota Stadium to catch an event or an FC Dallas match! There are multiple nearby parks that are in walking distance as well.

There is a 2-car driveway available for guest use; the area is very walkable, but is also conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Dallas N Tollway or Preston Rd for getting around Frisco and the greater area.

Guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up all dog waste, as well as cleaning the dog prior to coming indoors. Dog waste bags are provided.
Guests understand that Host will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages or cleaning caused during stay of guests and their pets.

As comfortable as it is convenient

We stayed for 28 nights, long enough for the novelty to wear off. But from the first night to the last, we found this home to be comfortable and convenient for everything Frisco has to offer. Drey and Stephanie were thoughtful hosts and super helpful.

Stayed for a short spring break trip with our kids and could not have asked for a better place! Spotless, stocked with premium amenities, and an amazing backyard that was extremely well taken care of. Great location, wonderful hosts, and excellent communication! Great Everything

Perfect location. My empty nester parents loved the property so much that they started looking at similar properties to move into. Great layout with natural light. Our dog loves the backyard and Drey provided everything we needed for our 7 month old. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home centrally located in north Dallas. The home was set up perfect for renters. Very clean and updated throughout with a huge backyard. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked for everything you would need. I highly recommend!

Could not have asked for better!

Drey was the most accommodating and kind host! We felt so welcomed with the holiday treats and tennis balls for our dogs. The home is clean and cozy and in a perfect location. He meant it when he said the house was fully stocked! We wanted for nothing, and had a wonderful time by the fire outside. I will absolutely be booking to stay here again and again, if they’ll have me!

Choir Rehearsal With Friends Retreat

This started out as a musical experience for a few of my singers in my choir, but after the ladies arrived they were literally “singing the praises” of the property. Beautiful Home

We spent the weekend in Frisco to attend nephew's football game. We had a great time and this home had absolutely everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyard and gas fire pit, but sure wish we could have. The owners were responsive. We did not have any issues at all. We would definitely stay here again and hope we get another chance to next year.

Everything you could want!!

This home is beautifully decorated and the amenities are exceptionally and thoughtfully planned and provided. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, games, power charging bases, entertainment access, wireless speed, soccer balls in the large backyard and so much more. It was spotlessly clean. We were in town for an event at the Ford Center. Not really a vacation but we kind of felt like we were on one.
