90 day minimum booking duration. Well kept and updated 2 bed, 2 bath condo. King sized bed with adjustable base in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Safe gated community with a heated pool, workout room, tiki huts, common/game rooms, pickle ball court, and playground. Short drive from multiple beaches, restaurants, RSW or Punta Gorda airport, golf courses, and many other attractions. Stairs or elevator for easy access.
