Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that you strip the bed linens but keep the mattress cover on the beds. Place the linens and towels in the laundry hamper.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All seafood is to be cooked outside the cottage, there is an electric barbecue on the deck and if you require a larger pot, ask for one.
As stated this is a non smoking property, if you are found smoking you will be asked leave your cottage and charged a cleaning fee of $250 dollars
