This property was absolutely beautiful! I can't say enough good things about it. Super close to the west entrance of RMNP. Even on the days where we didn't access the park, the local hiking was great!. House had everything that we needed and the City Market grocery store was about 15 minutes away in Granby in case we needed to make a quick run for something. Perfect getaway location for a fall break!
Our family visited RMNP and stayed in to this beautiful cabin. It is spacious with plenty of room for all six of us. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was very relaxing after several days of long hikes. It has a great view of the lake from the deck. The only drawback is that the lake is on the opposite side of the road and the traffic can be a little loud.
Hello, this is incredible value with an amazing porch that looks over the lake, a hot tub, proximity to Grand Lake, and to great Rocky Mountain Hikes on the West Side of the park. We loved it.
The location was perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and to drive into Grand Lake for lunch and dinner. The hot tub after hiking and looking out over the lake and mountains was awesome. Two living floors was great for our party of two couples so that we each had our own sleeping space. Extra bonus for allowing us to bring our furry family too.
Our family has lived in Grand County combined for over 80 years. We left 4 years ago for Arizona and have come back every year to snowmobile. This is the nicest place and we intend to revisit next year in 2026. Lovely and Thank you to the owners for helping us to make memories.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious but had great common areas so perfect for everyone to be together but have their own space. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to find and a quick drive to downtown (close enough that we actually walked; however, it was about a 1.5-2 mile walk which we enjoyed). I would stay here again and recommend others to as well.
This unit was as advertised and was located well with views of the mountains and lake. It wasn't within reasonable walking distance to downtown Grand Lake but not far of a drive at all. The kitchen was nice and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for the review let us know if there’s anyway we could have made it a 5 star review.
We loved our stay at this spacious, clean and well-appointed home with a magnificent view of Shadow Lake! Plenty of room (and kitchen ware!) to host the 16 folks visiting from across the country for a happy hour evening. Our son and his family especially loved the state-of the art hot tub! The deck is great - it is on the highway, but quiets down in the evening. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful vacation stay.

Thanks for the wonderful review let us know if there’s anything we could have done to earn that fifth star…
Spacious home with gorgeous views of Shadow Mountain Lake. Everything was clean and in working order, hot tub included. Very comfortable for six adults, each with their own bedroom. Close to the road so there was some road noise, but the house itself and the view made up for it. Would stay again!
This home was very spacious for our family of 8. 3 bedrooms upstairs w/ 1 King in master & Queens in other rooms. 1Q Bedroom downstairs with a family room & TV. Kitchen fully equipped, spacious dining area, family room. The home was exceptionally clean. Downside was traffic noise from road but did not bother us except in front bedroom.Location was great with beautiful views. Very close toTrail Ridge Marina on Shadow Lake & Grand Lake.
