Redington Escape Unit A - Just Steps from the Beach!

Redington Escape is a beautiful and cozy beach cottage duplex just a few steps away from the clear aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. At only 65 yards from the beach, you'll have sand under your feet in less than a minute. Redington Escape is nestled in one of the last remaining "Old Florida" beach neighborhoods, and it's uniquely on the beach side of Guld Blvd. The property is in walking distance to several great restaurants and all other beach locations can be easily accessed via the Beach Trolley. Unit A of the Redington Escape duplex cottage features two bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower/tub, a living room and full kitchen. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has 2 x twin beds. The living room has a 65” flat screen TV featuring Roku and access to the common steaming apps. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a full sized refrigerator. The unit has a washer and dryer in the closet of the queen bedroom. The property also has an outdoor shower and hose out back for washing off after the beach.

Family Trip

Great little place by the beach!

My family and I came down for a week to spend at the beach. This place was so close that you could go out and come back in whenever you wanted. It was a nice quiet area, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The place was well equipped with chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards that had a rolling cart so that you could easily take everything down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and Burton was.a great host!

Absolutely amazing!

Not only was this property in the perfect location and so close to the beach but the owner was absolutely amazing. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing trip, including the beach chairs. We ran into an issue with our transportation at the end of our stay and the owner was so responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back!

So enjoyable!

If you're looking for a great place to stay that truly is steps from the beach, this is it. Me, my daughter, and her best friend were there for their graduation gift trip, and it was perfect for the three of us. It's in a very safe location, with an outdoor shower, cute little kitchen, and washer/dryer combo. We had delays in getting there and Burton communicated with us the entire time. We'll stay again!

Excellent! I know the area and the location is teriffic1

The house was simply perfect, clean & newly renovated. Nice kitchen , good livivng room & bathroom ,the king size bed was confortable.There was room for more 2nd bedroom fold out couch. The entrance to Redington shores Beach was 1/2 block away you could see it from the front of the house! It is a great rental & we hope to make that our go to rental in folrida!
