super responsive!

This was a great location due to it's proximity to work in Culver City. We felt safe. It is best for renters who will have only 1-2 cars so that you can park in the garage. Sometimes on-street parking was tricky.Any issues we had were promptly fixed by Doris and her team.

Chariton 3 story modern

Host is superb. Great communication. Whenever we needed anything, the property manager took care of our concern in a timely and efficient manner. We stayed at this property for five months after our home was flooded. This rental is centrally located with easy access to the 10 freeway. The street itself can be very busy and difficult to find parking but fortunately the property has a two car garage.

Beautiful modern home in great location

4BR was perfect for my family and inlaws. We stayed for a bit more than two months in 1938 Chariton and absolutely loved it. HOME: modern luxury design, had all the ameneties that you need including washer dryer, toiletries, full set of kitchenware. Home was kept quite clean when we arrived and overall the place is quite new. LOCATION: very good location, a few blocks away from the hughly desirable Beverlywood comminity and close to all the shopping and groceries offered at midcity. Personally I loved that this location was half an hour away from all the major attractions in LA, including downtown, Santa Monica, etc. SERVICE: Team was reaponsive and tried to cater to our needs OVERALL: would come back again!
