This newly constructed modern barndo style cottage has everything you need for your next fishing trip or relaxing getaway. Lake Overcup is a leisure lake designed primarily for fishing or kayaking or smaller boats. This allows for a tranquil environment for you. Petit Jean State Park is just a short drive away!

You will have the entire space to yourself, along with access to the private dock which is perfect for viewing those amazing Overcup sunsets or dropping a line hoping for some fresh dinner.

Lakeside and beautiful. Enjoyed petit Jean and locals are very friendly. Tony is helpful and responsive .

Wonderful getaway!

The property was very clean and had amenities that made it very welcoming. Right on the lake with beautiful sunsets and close to many activities. The owner was always quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back!

THIS WAS A VERY NICE AND QUIET PLACE TO STAY. IT WAS VERY COZY. THERE IS ONE THING THAT IT NEEDS AND IT IS A DRESSER OR CHEST OF DRAWERS IN THE BEDROOM.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a very quiet peaceful lake house. We really enjoyed our stay. Just one thing…. I think you should provide more trash bags and paper towels.
