Paw Paw Tree Estate and Event Venue. Located at the foothills of Petit Jean Mt. next to the Arkansas River. This property will sleep 10. This property has garden like setting with huge boulders fountains and pond and private in ground swimming pool. You will be the only family using the pool. Grounds available for weddings/events under 50 people. Great spot for that family reunion or retreat. Small parking area near house and more parking located at the end of driveway. We have a three seat golf cart that can be rented to valet your guest up & down the driveway. We also have event items for rent (tables, chairs, etc.) for a small event/wedding. A private boat ramp just across the road for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing or duck hunting. Watch the barges on the river from the front porch. Located just 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean gravesite overlook and 5 1/2 miles to Petit Jean State Park.
