It was a nice clean home in a quiet location, but still only 20 minutes from Branson. It was nice to sit by the fire and enjoy the deer in the mornings and the singing birds all day while the dogs and children ran around the large acreage.

Great cabin with plenty of space. We had everything we needed to cook. Very quiet area but close enough to town. The game room was a big hit! We really enjoyed the pin ball machine and the huge selection of movies. We had minimal spotty cell service at the house. The wifi was slow but worked. The yard was spacious and we loved the swings. Definitely would stay here again.

Great quiet location. Home was clean and comfortable and worked well for our family of 7. Sheila, the hostess was prompt, welcoming, and easy to work with. We would stay again. For those who want to spend time in Branson, the city limit is 20 minutes away, but most of the tourist activities are about 30 minutes away.

Really enjoyed the privacy of this location, while only being 5 minutes off the mane hwy it felt very secluded. Plenty of things to keep you occupied between the freshwater spring, gameroom and hot tub, not to mention the wildlife.Host was very helpful with any questions and concerns.

We had the best time during our stay! Shiela was so quick with messages. The property was so great and the history is interesting! We felt at home, appreciate the mosquito spray left for us because we didn’t bring any. There were great suggestions on what to do and where to go. Everything we needed (and more) was provided for us. The pool table and pinball machine was a nice bonus! We have a high energy (very trained) dog and he was able to run freely here. It made for a wonderful time for all of us. We will be back!!

Great remote property - so quiet and secluded. We really enjoyed our "mini" family reunion with our kids and dogs. We took advantage of provided cornhole set, hot tub, fire pit, pinball machine, and pool table. The only note I would tell people is that the house is in an area where cell phone service is really spotty and the house's wifi is cellular based, so ... it's enough to get a phone call/text in and out, but don't expect to do much in terms of streaming/working remotely here. Great property though, we'd gladly come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Flag Springs House! Sheila was such a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. You can tell she truly wants her guests to have a great experience. Our next Branson trip, we will book here for sure!!Our little crew (plus our two four-legged knuckleheads ) had the best time. The property was perfect for us, with plenty of room to relax, play games, and just enjoy being together. The dogs loved exploring the yard, and we loved sitting on the porch taking in the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Between the pool table, pinball machine, hot tub, movies, and games, there was always something to do, but it was also the perfect place to slow down and unwind.This is one of those places that just feels special. We made some wonderful memories here and were already talking about coming back before we even left. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that’s close enough to enjoy Branson but far enough away to truly relax, I can’t recommend Flag Springs House enough!

This was, by far, one of my favorite places that I’ve stayed. It has so much to offer! It’s just enough out of town to be quiet. The cold spring was a great little treasure. The hot tub was nice and clean, perfect for a scary movie on the patio. They have a very impressive movie collection with a nice big wrap around couch, creating the coziest family movie nights. I would recommend this place 10/10!

This charming house in the countryside has been in my family for many generations. I decided to list and share the house so others could enjoy it too.

What makes this property unique

The spring is used to supply water to the house. Years back, the spring also supplied water to all the neighbors. The spring is a beautiful place to sit, relax, cool off, or listen to the water run.
