House was great, it was fun hanging out at the pool in the evenings, There was 7 of us and there was plenty of room.We loved seeing the wildlife in the backyard everyday! We had bikes delivered same day as our check in, which was the quickest way to the beach - less than 4 minutes. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

Hilton Head Oasis

The home was perfect for our family - clean, stocked well to live in, plenty of social spaces to enjoy - especially with the sunroom, deck, lower pool/patio area. Quietly tucked away from traffic - a real oasis!

We've been renting in HHI for 25 years. This was one of the most well-appointed homes we've ever stayed in. The pictures are accurate. The pool was great. The four seasons room was amazing. It was a wonderful space to play cards/games. And it had a little bar - made drinks a breeze. hahaMike's response time for anything we needed or had questions about was almost immediate. Great communication.We can't say enough good things about this home. We highly recommend it.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Sweet’s retreat for our family spring break vacation. Mike was a pleasure to work with and the house was great. We really enjoyed the location of the house and Palmetto Dunes.

We had a fantastic stay at this home and would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the area. Would book again on our next trip down in a heartbeat Everything was well stocked and had everything you need on site. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the grill, pool and fire pit.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in Hilton Head. This property was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the birds, turtles and alligators in the pond. It was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing and the house was a home away from home.

Little slice of paradise

Delightful Stay

We vacationed as a family of 6 with teens during TS Debby. It was our 4th visit to Palmetto Dunes, and we couldn’t more highly recommend the lovely home and its owners. The home is clean and comfortable, and the owner did a fantastic job of communicating and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely book again.

Great House not far from Beach

House is exactly as picture. We had the pool heated for our stay in November, which was great. Everything you need is in the house and it is very comfortable. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay in this home! We loved swimming in the pool, watching the birds, deer, and alligators. The home was very clean and well maintained. We had great communication with the owner. We highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of four. The pool and the whole outside backyard was very inviting and comfortable and we spent time out there just about every day. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen was spacious and well organized. The owner is very communicative and offered us suggestions for places to eat and things to do while on Hilton Head. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and serene!!

Very clean and well maintained!! Owners very easy to communicate with. Several areas inside and out to accommodate our family. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants, but not overcrowded. Definitely would go again.

Amazing Vacation

The Sweet's home was fantastic and we were very grateful to be able to bring our fur daughter along with us! The kitchen is very well appointed and there were lots of places to store our own food. Our favorite part pf the house was the backyard with a pool that over looked the water-beautiful!!

Fantastic property

Everything about the property was as listed and in very good condition. Mike was very communicative both prior to and during our stay. We loved spending the late nights in the sunroom which shielded our voices from the toddler. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful vacation

Perfect size for our family. We loved the view of the lagoon. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed grilling dinner out. Pool was added benefit. Easy bike ride to beach access. Owner has great communication. Highly recommend this property.

Mike was a fantastic host that answered any questions at any time. The house had everything we needed very spacious and clean. We spent more time at the house than intended due to the fact that we had everything there. I would recommend and stay here again.
