Perfect for Downtown Access

I came for SXSW and stayed at this property because it was a quick 20 minute walk to the convention center. Clean, close to ammenities, and secure. 100% would stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay for 2 in East Austin

Loved the location of the property, walking distance to great restaurants and night life (two-stepping at the White horse if you'd like). Easy check-in and communication, overall would recommend for anyone traveling alone, with a significant other, or in a small group.

Great place!

This property was extremely clean, safe, and the pool area was lovely. The owners were very communicative. The only thing that was a little bit difficult was navigating initially getting into the building, but it was definitely worth it.

Fantastic place

I have nothing bad to say. Room was clean and spacious for 2. Pool was great. Food and roads were accessable. Would absolutely stay again.

Took a little work finding the apartment but once there it was a perfect location for us. Lazarus and Zilker brewery two blocks away. Several coffee shops as well. Very safe walking at night and White Horse was only a few blocks away. Bed was heavenly and bathroom large with great hot water. Not a ton of kitchen utensils so I wouldn’t necessarily cook there. Did not use the pool or deck but several people were out there and were having fun. Angela was fabulous. Texted me back within minutes when I needed something (wine opener broke and she had a new one door dashed). Overall it was a great stay in a great location with a great host.

Great East Austin Apartment

Apartment was well maintained and the early check-in at 12pm was very helpful. We arrived closer to 11am and were allowed to leave pur luggage by the door so we could start exploring.Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy. The host messaged me with very thorough directions and with a code we were able to get into the building and apartment with ease.The unit included a free parking spot but we didn't have a car so did not use that. However the garage seemed very easy to access. If you dont have a car the building is a short walk to the Saltillo metro station that can take you to downtown. This same metro can be used to travel north. Overall we were very happy with the proximity to good restaurants in East Austin and how close it was to downtown.
