4 Bedrooms/3 Baths. 2 stories with rocking chair front porch and back deck, private driveway and street parking. 5 beds plus futon, crib/pack n play, queen air mattress, and sofa. Sleeps 15. 2 night stay minimum. message us if you need something different.

Your home away from home is an entertainers dream. Chef's kitchen full sized appliances and everything you need for day today cooking and storage. Microwave, air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. Roku smart TVs with live over the air channels and complimentary Netflix and Hulu.

Ideal for group trips, dinner parties, family gatherings, holiday visits, retreats, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. Any use or events over the maximum occupancy require prior approval. Smoking not permitted inside, on the porch and deck only. Pets permitted with approval. ID for all adult guests is required prior to check in.

Located in Atlanta, nestled between the bustling downtown Atlanta and historic downtown Hapeville. A short drive to the restaurant districts of Main Street College Park, East Point, and the Hapeville arts scene. 8 minutes from the ATL airport, 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta, close to several major hospitals and medical centers, as well as the headquarters for Delta Airlines, Porsche, Korean Airlines, and nearby Chic-Fil-A. Not far from Walmart, grocery stores, parks, a golf course, Lakewood Amphitheatre concert venue, theatres and the film studios. Great UberEats & Door Dash food delivery options.

LAYOUT
Bedroom 1: King bed. En suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Dresser and walk in closet. Sitting area with 55 inch TV, drop down futon that provides additional sleep space. Opens to the back deck. On the main level.

Bedroom 2: Twin daybed that converts to a king bed. Combo desk/vanity. Smallest room, on the main level.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and desk. TV. On the upper level.

Bedroom 4: Two full size beds. Dresser, nightstand, TV. On the upper level.

Common area bathroom with tub/shower on the lower level in the great room. Loft and bathroom with shower only on the upper level hall between the bedrooms. Front load washer and dryer on the main level. Queen air mattress and pack-n-play crib available by request.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of any trash, empty ashtray etc. Discard trash in the outdoor bins. Green =garbage, must be bagged and tied. Blue = recycling, don't bag Look under beds, sofa and in closets for trash.
Leave any used towels and washcloths in the baskets in the laundry room.
Check out by 11am unless you have arranged and received written confirmation for late checkout. Please send us a message when you have vacated the property.

Best birthday getaway ever!

From Day 1, Noreen was such an amazing host! I’m a stickler when it comes to attention to detail so I could tell Noreen was too & she was incredibly sweet as well . The pictures on the site do her home no justice as it was absolutely beautiful ! We had enough room to do what needed to be done and enjoyed ourselves without any interruptions so I loved it & couldn’t have picked a better spot as it was close to everywhere I needed to go for the weekend . I definitely look forward to booking with her again soon so thank you for everything, Noreen

Unprofessional Property Manger, Faulty Wiring of house, unsafe/dirty neighborhood, grass not cut!!!

3hrs before checkin the property manager called to give me a rundown of the property &house rules which could’ve &should’ve been communicated through the app. Asked if it was ok to leave some food in fridge from monthly tenant &said the house would be clean &we could possibly have early checkin. We arrived AFTER checkin time &the house was still being worked on. I called &she said that she was still in the house, just finished &the floors were drying &that we could still come in. I’ve never had contact with a host &found this to be strange.She said she “wanted to greet &show me around” but during the walk through she was still placing &moving things around so the house was in fact not ready at checkin time. After she finally left it began to rain &the power kept cutting on&off. Though it was storming; when it was only lightly raining the power went off &didn’t come back on in living room &the entire upstairs remained off as well.I then contacted her &she said it’s b/c of the weather &when I told her it seemed as the house was unusually sensitive b/c the power had to have cut off about 8-10 times in a span of 30 mins. She said to go look at fusebox &everything was flipped the correct way but power was still off.I told her we didn’t feel comfortable touching it until the weather completely passed since it seemed to be an actual electrical issue & she then invalidated my feelings. Next morning asked for late checkout b/c house wasn’t ready at checkin; she lied, argued &said no!
