Great little place for our family of 6 and walkable to all the shops. It is a block off of the Main Street though, so it feels quiet. Very clean, feels new and nice. The one negative is that the bunk beds don’t have railings!! They just have a sign that says “Use bunk beds at your own risk.” That was not in the listing. Please buy some railings and screw them on!

We realize that this is a short term issue, but they’re building a property immediately behind the outlaw apartment and the sound of saws going all day was unbearable. We could not sit outside and enjoy the balcony and view. Disappointing.

Spacious minimalist apartment

Clean and tidy and stylish. Worked well for our short stay. Would benefit from a coat rack at the entrance for all our winter and ice climbing gear :)

Great stay (interesting room configuration)

Not a two bedroom. The bunk beds are in the entrance way to the master bedroom. (I.e. guests have to go past bunk-bed-sleepers to access the master room, or conversely the bathroom) Clean and great location.

The apartment is clean and fresh. It is easy to walk to the main street of Ouray which has great food and shopping, and all LOCAL businesses! We appreciated the extra linens and towels, the grill and outdoor spaces, and the ease of entry. The bunk room is between the kitchen and master bedroom. We chose to keep the doors open between them to increase air flow, it was unusually hot, so this may not be a concern most of the year. The open sleeping was not an issue for our family, but is something to consider. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and eager to make sure all of our needs were met.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was fantastic and located close enough to walk to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to go around. Kitchen was stocked adequately. We would definitely stay here again as a family of six.
