Was advertised as having a garage. On the day of check in was told we could not use the garage and had to park on the street. We could not even park in the back where there was pad because all the gates were locked. There was a BMW parked in front of the property the entire time and we had to park down the street and walk back to the property. Very frustrating when you thought you were getting a garage. We were told to not wear shoes inside the house. The house did have a funny smell but I did not report this to the owner because by this time I was over it. The house was very nice property except for the smell and other than the inconveniences of parking and shoes we had a good time.

Thanks for notifying me the garage parking issue after you check in. I updated the listing right after I heard from you. The garage used to be available for parking when the house opened for VRBO booking two years ago. I forgot updating the listing when it was used as storage space recently. The garage driveway at the alley fits two car parking. The fence door between house 1019 and 1021 is closed but no lock on latch. You can park the car anywhere on the front street. There was no smell when housekeeper cleaned the house before your check in. The house is less than five years old. Maybe the air freshener plugged on the wall outlet is the cause. Some people have negative reaction towards the fragrance from it.
No shoes inside the house is a suggestion to make your stay more comfortable. You are welcome to wear indoor shoes.
