Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a three-story home; stairs are required.

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles—1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway directly in front of the garage. Do not block the shared driveway entrance or neighboring unit. Additional street parking may be available first-come, first-served.

• Security: One exterior camera over the front door monitors the entrance, driveway, and street. No interior cameras.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in the home.

• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, utensils, island seating, and a Keurig are provided.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of a pet is found.

• Sister unit: This home is part of a pair of sister townhomes. You may see guests coming and going next door. Larger groups can inquire about booking the combined/parent listing for both units.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
