Welcome to Flip Flop Zone – Unit 21, a beautifully remodeled beachfront townhome located directly on the sugar-white sand of Panama City Beach.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome sits right on the beach with no streets to cross and no need to drive. Simply walk out the back door, step off the large Gulf-front deck, and enjoy your own piece of paradise. The only thing between you and the Gulf is sand, sun, and stunning views.

Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, this home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. You are less than a mile from Pier Park and close to grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions.

The townhome offers approximately 1,800 square feet of comfortable living space with beautiful views of the Gulf of America. From the back deck, you can see the Pier Park pier, enjoy breathtaking sunsets, watch fireworks during special events, and relax to the sound of the waves.

Perfect vacation

Our family has been going to PCB for several years trying to find the best balance between location, price, and accommodations. This listing and host are a great combination of all three! Accessibility to restaurants within walking distance, private beach access and enough space for everyone to not feel like they are right on top of one another made this a great trip.

Great Fall Break Location

We had a great experience and would stay again! The property was clean and had lots of extras including beach chairs and toy, a hammock, and bicycle. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating.

Awesome

We absolutely loved our stay here. Right in the heart of town but easy in and out because there is a stoplight at the exit. This is a beautifully decorated and maintained property. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. Easy access to the beach, which was amazing. The beach area was not crowded like other high rise properties. We will definitely look at booking again. Everything we needed was there and more. We had no issues at all.
