Perfect for vacation or working remote with a fully furnished office and an extra twin trundle bed, our retreat features a king bed in the master, cozy queen beds in the other rooms with bathrooms. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, relax in the comfy living area, and unwind in the beautiful backyard with private salt water heated pool and Spa. Home offers easy access to dining and shopping. There is a monthly lease contract that will need to be completed by the guest and approved by HOA 30 days in advance before your stay is approved. HOA rules and guidelines will apply during the stay. The amenities center with gym, tennis and pickleball courts is accessible to guests.
All guests are requested to provide government issued ID as part of the application. All pets need to be approved and registered as per HOA guidelines. An extra fee applied for Pets. A minimum of 30 day stay is required. $150 HOA applications. Pool heating included.
