IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS:

Before you book, please always click on "Contact Host" and ask for a accurate offer! If you are interested in renting this house from January 2025 for more than 8 weeks we will offer a discount, which the system cannot show. The admin fee is USD 5 per guest per night, with a minimum of USD 140 per week. Please note that the system may not calculate it correctly for bookings with only 2 or 3 guests. Take the chance and ask all questions you might have before you book. We will be glad to answer them as soon as possible.

In general we rent the house from Sat-Sat on a weekly basis, but make exemptions. Please ask for it before you create any booking request.

Please, make sure to enter the correct amount of guests to get the accurate rental rate.
You are renting a private owned vacation home and these requirements have to be met, please without delay. After your booking confirmation the following information for the contract is required: the renters name and physical address plus phone number and date of birth and also the names and dates of birth of each guest. It is expected to get the information after the booking and then the contract provided signed back immediately. Without a signed contract the house cannot be secured with the owner and without signed contract we are not allowed to get any access to the house.

Please note there is a net basis rate for the house per week for a certain amount of guests according to our price list under "Rates and Availability". There you also see the electric fee the property manager will charge you during check out.

City Codes and Ordinances of the City of Cape Coral requires for short term vacation rentals a minimum stay of 7 days, please ask for exemptions.

We highly recommend to get travel insurance to cover any health issues.

The house gets cleaned according the CDC guidelines and standards according Covid-19 although it is not required any longer as the house was cleaned according such high standards even before Covid hit.

Toilet paper, soap and paper towels are available when you arrive, min. 1 roll in each bath and kitchen. Thank you for your understanding that we cannot provide those items for your entire stay like hotels do.

DETAILS ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Pool and spa fully renovated in April 2022 including installation of a wide poolscreen window for unobstructed views above the canal!

This home is very tastefully decorated by the owner. The extensive, high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a large living area, open kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room. 3 king-size suites -(en-suite, masterbath 2022 fully renvoated). Bedrooms all with tv - and a guest room with queen-size pullout couch) offer plenty of space. The house is ideal for up to 8 guests including 2 kids. High speed WLAN is provided free of charge. The saltwater pool with spa and the pool area offer everything you need. There are 6 sun loungers, a dining table, which seats 6 plus 2 kids. The terrace is south facing position with panoramic views from the balcony and you have a dream view above the large salt water channels. It offers quiet and centrally located in a privileged position in the southeast part of Cape Coral a shopping center with restaurants, cinema, gym and shopping only 2 miles away. You need approx. 25 minutes by boat to the river - no lock to pass.

It was kind of hard getting ahold of the property manager at times about stuff. But she was very nice. We enjoyed are stay the only thing different was there was a office and for are family it was just a waisted space and it wasn’t a good place for anyone to sleep because it was to uncomfortable. We also didn’t sit on the couch much cause it was uncomfortable and really faded. It would of been better if they had a bed where the office space was. Other then that it was a great place to stay with are family and we really enjoyed are vacation.

Communication is a little challenging due to dealing with multiple ppl with the rental and property management. The property manager of a very kind lady though. It would be much easier to just deal with one person but we worked through it. You can expect to pay for electricity. AC was left at the recommended 76*. All doors and windows were keep shut unless we were quickly walking through them and we still ended up paying at checkout. The home is well kept and smelled of fresh linens upon our arrival.

Our entire family loved this rental property. We are a family of three boys, ranging from fifteen to five. Plus both our mom’s stayed too. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The boys loved the pool! The house had pool toys & floats. Beach towels & toys! (Extra sunscreen) Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. I personally loved the huge tub in the master bathroom.

Property was very nice with plenty of room for adults and children. A great pool and patio area for all. Large laundry room with washer and dryer was perfect when you have children. Kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, silverware, etc. for a vacation home. The only areas that could have been cleaned better were the ceiling fans, sliding door tracks, front entry area and foyer carpet and outdoor gas grill. I did spend over an hour cleaning the outdoor gas grill before I could use it, as it had not been cleaned in many uses. The one thing that was a little weird based on our Vrbo past experiences, was getting charged (in cash at the time of check-out) for electricity used over $25 included in the fee. I do understand the reasoning, but it just felt weird. In our case, we turned on AC to 75 degrees (much warmer than we would have liked, but exactly to the rules of the home so the AC unit would freeze and shut down and require a AC service repair at $200 that we would have to pay for) and with the heat in Florida at this time of year, I'm positive the AC never turned off, even with the sliding doors being closed all the time. We had ceiling fans going in every room the entire stay to help keep it comfortable. With all this, our electric overage was $36 more than the $25 included....so not a big deal, but the experience would have felt much better to include $75 or $100 in the initial fee so vacationers didn't have to think about it. All-in-all, it was a great home, children and adults enjoyed their time in the pool and the living spaces. Very easy access to stores and mid-point bridge into Ft. Myers. Based on where we needed to be located in Cape Coral it was perfect and we would rent again...no problem.

Perfect from start to finish. We had a great stay in this clean, tastefully furnished home. The patio, pool and spa area were fantastic. We loved sitting in the spa watching the amazing sunsets. Great to relax and recharge. Excellent location for access to restaurants and stores. The kitchen has more than the usual and more than you need to cook up some good food, lots of spices and condiments provided. After only viewing this property online, I was relieved to find that the home was VERY clean, and even more beautiful in person. The bedrooms each have a king bed and each have access to a bathroom. We cooked a meal one evening and found the kitchen stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We thoroughly ejoyed the pool and hot tub, and the beautiful views from the pool deck. We caught Mangrove Snapper and catfish from the dock and watched the mullet fish jumping. The property manager was very polite and professional. We will be back!!! Thank you!

5 Wochen in der Villa 31 von CapeCoralRentals

Wir haben die Villa zu zweit 5 Wochen von Mitte März bis Mitte April bewohnt. Der Gesamteindruck entspricht dem, was auf der Homepage von CapeCoralRentals gezeigt und versprochen worden ist. Die Buchung und Begleitung im Vorfeld durch Frau Strohschein war einfach und problemlos. Das Haus ist innen und im Poolbereich erkennbar renoviert worden und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Der Außenbereich wirkt gepflegt, ebenso der Deckbereich am Wasser. Die Villa liegt im SO von Cape Coral, rel. nahe am Veterans Blvd. und sehr nahe am Country Club Blvd. Je nach Windrichtung ist der Verkehrslärm so gerade noch erträglich. Der check-in mit der Hausverwaltung verlief sehr kundenorientiert. Frau Speese war bei allen Rückfragen gut erreichbar und hat sich um alles rasch gekümmert. Die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön. Einzig der TV ist für die Größe des Raumes und den Abstand von der Couch viel zu klein (was der Verbauung der TV-Wand geschuldet ist, das konnte man schon in den Abb. auf der Homepage erkennen). Es gibt ein Sound-System, das man sehr einfach über z.B. Iphone/itunes bedienen kann und auch mit Außenlautsprechern im überdachten Terrassenbereich funktioniert. Rechts neben dem Eingang gibt es einen kleinen Raum mit Schreibtisch, der gut als Büro genutzt werden kann. Dort steht auch der Server für das ausreichend schnelle WLan. Die Küche und die zugehörige Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Gas- Grill auf der Terrasse ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Master-Bedroom und das Bad waren sehr sauber, und vor allem die Matratzen waren sehr gut! Der Pool ist groß und hatte leider wohl ein Leck, das auch die Handwerker während unserer Anwesenheit nicht dicht bekamen, so daß wir jeden 3.Tag ca. 1000 l Wasser nachfüllen mußten. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Sonnenschirm, weil man sich ansonsten nur unter die Bedachung vor zu viel Sonne schützen kann. Für die Sonnenliegen im Außenbereich wären Auflagen sehr hilfreich, da die Liegen auf Dauer schon sehr hart sind. Am Dachüberstand zum Pool hin gab es ein Leck, aus dem jeden Morgen bis Mittags Wasser tropfte und wohl schon mehrfach vergeblich abzudichten versucht worden ist. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus zum Entspannen.

Ein sehr schĂśner Urlaub

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefßhlt. Sie ist fßr bis 6 Personen bestens geeignet. Sehr schÜn ist der Pool mit Whirlpool und die weitläufige Liegefläche, alles unter einem Screen. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbar am Kanal, ein Boot kann einfach angelegt werden. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, Banken und Restaurants sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns bei den netten Vermietern, die uns vorab sehr hilfreiche Infos gegeben haben.
