Welcome to 'EMERALD OASIS', our spectacular gulf front 2nd home, PARADISE away from home. Our beautifully upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, professionally decorated, penthouse condo is on the 21st floor. It is very spacious with 1146 square feet and has 12' ceilings with an incredible oversized balcony that will take your breath away.

PLEASE NOTE: The person renting and using their credit card needs to be at least 25 (this is a building wide rule).

The Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed with its own private bathroom includes a blow dryer and has a direct ocean front view with a sliding door. You walk right onto the balcony that overlooks the most amazing turquoise waters you have ever seen. You will also enjoy the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, spacious closet and large dresser.

The Guest Suite has a incredible comfortable pillow top queen size bed with its own bathroom, which includes a blow dryer. You will enjoy a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, spacious closet and large dresser.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, granite countertops, electric range, self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and crockpot. Also provided are dishes, glassware, cookware, eating and cooking utensils. You will have all you need to create that masterpiece dish you love to serve. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your personal use.

Ocean Villa provides covered parking with amenities that include a limited oceanfront fitness room, sauna, indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool, outdoor pool with sun deck, oversized hot tub and pavilion with gas barbecues for guests to use.

What an Amazing Week!!!

What an amazing week! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was just as great and the 1st trip. Even before we booked Karan was so quick to respond to any and all questions. She even checked on us during the week to make sure everything was ok. Everything was spotless. I cannot think of anything that was not thought of. The binoculars were great to view out into the ocean or down the beach from the balcony. The extra beach chairs and sand toys were appreciated by the kids. Views from the room were amazing. we saw rainbows and had a full moon. Someone also had fireworks that went off at just our height. it was beautiful! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing

Absolutely Stunning!

Emerald Oasis is your home away from home. The owners have thought everything a family would need while on vacation. The balcony was our favorite place to be other than the beach of course. We were able to observe different types of fish from it ( rays, dolphins, and schools of bait fish). Our family cannot wait to return!

Great Condo

We loved the condo, it had everything we needed plus lots of things that most codos don't furnish. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Will be going back as soon as we can. Karan was very friendly to work with. Would highly recommend this condo.

College reunion

If a condo could get 10 stars this one would get them! It is cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped with all you need and very quiet. The balcony is very large which make watching for water sea life. The location is perfect. The price was right and the owners are great to work with. We hope to be able to use the condo again next year if there is another reunion.

BEST CONDO IN PANAMA CITY BEACH

We just returned for a week at this Awesome condo in Panama City Beach. Pictures are accurate. What you don't see is how stocked this condo is with everything you need. The view is Spectacular. The owners were great to work with, and it was obvious they want their guests to enjoy this place. If we get back to PCB, we will definitely stay here. Thank you Karan and John.

Weekend Getaway

My family and I came with our daughter to the UCA Cheer Competition for the weekend. Karan was great to work with. She helped my family in more ways than one. The condo was very pretty, and had everything that we needed. Parking was easy, and just a few steps to the elevator and right up to our condo in just a few minutes. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a nice place to stay with a beautiful view.

Amazing Condo

I read all reviews before I take trips. This place has reviews. I have stayed in this condo before and this place just gets better and better each time. The owners do everything to make sure the condo has everything a guest would need for an amazing vacation. I plan on telling all my friends and family and plan on staying in this condo when I travel to PCB. The views are some of the best I have been and the condo is well kept and taken care of. If you are looking for a owner who cares and great to work with and a vacation place to remember book this one. Just as I have for my next trip to PCB. Everything you will ever need in a vacation rental.

Fabulous ! Have to see to Believe

This was our first trip to this condo. It was referred to us. What can I say but we had a superb experience with this owner and your condo. Every detail had been addressed down to the fancy soap and nice towels. Beautifully furnished with everything you need for your stay. The only complaint was having to LEAVE. You sure don't want to leave this place with the great views. Looking forward to the next time.. Thank you for making us feel like special guest and sharing your home with us.

Home away from home!!

My husband and I spent five relaxing weeks in Karan's condo. From the minute we walked in, we felt very much at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and no detail was left unattended to. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to live comfortably. We even hosted a small dinner party. All of the large and small appliances were updated and in perfect working order. Karan was the ultimate host! She stayed in contact with us before, during and after our stay. I don't hesitate to say that it would be nearly impossible to find a better place to stay,

Needed a Break

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay in Panama City Beach and researched several options. We determined that a condo was definitely the best bang for our buck. We narrowed our search and this one was among our final 2 or 3 choices. When I started reading the reviews and saw that the owner personally responded to every review I was sold. Let me just say that this condo is absolutely beautiful. The view from the very spacious balcony is spectacular. It really started to feel like home. The experience was hassle and worry free. I would definitely choose this condo again.

Just what the doctor ordered!

This Beach Vacation is EXACTLY what our family needed! We needed to recharge our batteries and that is what we did. Slept in, went to the beach, and relaxed. This unit is well equipped, super clean, and every detail has been thoughtfully attended to. Jazz music upon your entrance. Swans made from towels on our beds. Mint Chocolates! A souvenir drawstring backpack that was provided was perfect for carrying our odds and ends to the beach. Beds super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfast and lunches. My husband used the grills and said they were great and easy to use. The balcony was AMAZING! Karen was available throughout the entire booking process and was wonderful. She was amazingly hospitable. Made us feel like family. The only problem was, we did not want to leave. We will definitely return. This unit made me feel like I was at a home away from home. Thanks for making the stay so enjoyable.

PERFECT FAMILY VACATION!!!!!

Top notch condo! Everything has been thought of. From the time you walk through the door you are welcomed!! Karan is AMAZING through the whole process. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, inviting, clean and full of everything you need. They welcome you with relaxing music playing, a clean and great smelling condo, sweet chocolate treats and a gift! The balcony is to die for! The master bedroom view made my heart happy. The elevators are fast ( Three of them) and with only 6 units per floor, you are not waiting for long periods. Check in and check out was a breeze. You are in the middle of EVERYTHING! Literally! This is the perfect home away from home condo! This was our 4th condo we have stayed in and by far the best. Karen is so personable and sweet! We were having a text conversation while we were heading home. It's like we have known each other for years. I love people like her. Try this condo, you will not be disappointed. We made so many lasting memories here this year. Thank you Karen!

Perfect

We have stayed at over 15 different properties in PCB over the years, and I have to say that this owner, condo and property exceeded my expectations. This place was great. Property: We stayed over the week of July 4th, and as you may know- that week is really busy. This property was probably the "smallest" of properties we have stayed at over the years- but I must say- I LOVE the concept (only 6 condos per floor). Elevators, which waiting for them can become a major source of unhappiness, were never an issue. I dont think I can stress how much of a drag a simple thing like a wait for an elevator can become- but it NEVER was an issue. Parking, though limited under the building, was never an issue either- a short walk over the bridge should the building parking be full and there were always plenty of spaces available at all hours. While we are not "pool people" the pool was never crowded, and the beach front infront of our (included) beach chairs was kept clear of tents and such thanks to the proactive rental staff. Our beach front wasnt the "small cities" that occurred infront of the Shores of Panama to the east and the Majestic Beach resort to the west.Getting to and from the property was made easy with the side road (Churchwell) and helped avoid the traffic that can occur on Front Beach Road especially during the 4th of July. The Condo; The condo is beautifully decorated. Another family member stayed on another floor and our condo absolutely blew theirs away. This condo has to be the most completely stocked condo we have ever been in. Everything and anything you need. The condo was immaculately clean. The view from the deck is really something and you dont find many condos that will have a table w/four chairs and four lounge chairs to boot on their deck, and there still was ample room. Beds are extremely comfortable. Sometimes you get the feeling that an owner may have cut corners, with either cheap appliances or not enough of this or that- not the case here. The owners They are absolutely on top of things, responsive, and show a geniune concern for their tenants having a great stay. Made us feel welcome right from the go, and I just cant say enough great things- we will stay here again. We typically try new places each year- but this formula (owner+condo+property) works. Thank you Karan & John for sharing your 2nd home with us.

Wonderful in every way.

Everything was great. The owner did special touches that most hosts do not and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you need and more. Outdoor patio was fantastic. Just everything was perfect. Host was very kind and communicative.

Best of the Best!

I had been curious as to why this property has ALL 5⭐️ ratings and this past weekend Feb 8-11 (24) I was able to find out. The property owners are totally awesome!! Mrs Karan made sure that we felt right at home upon our arrival. I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars because she definitely deserves it. I highly recommend her condo to everybody who’s looking for a place to stay that consist of a very clean, gorgeous, comfortable with astonishing views property. You can’t go wrong with this place and as you can already see, this will always be our choice when vacationing in PCB♥️♥️♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit was very clean with attractive decor and thoughtful touches, and a spectacular view of the gulf from the balcony. Our family especially enjoyed walks on the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this condo!

Excellent stay!!

This was a much needed vacation for my husband and I. The weather was not the best but the condo was excellent. Fully equipped condo. We had the best time looking at the water right out the back door and on the balcony. So peaceful. Do recommend to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs if after October 31st otherwise they offer beach services. We went on Thanksgiving and would love to stay here again. 5 stars.

We absolutely love the HUGE balcony - 10 feet x 28 feet. The views from the 21st floor is amazing - couldn't has for anything better. We love how Ocean Villa isn't crazy busy that has massive amount of condos in it. There are 23 floors - each having only 6 condos on each floor.
