If you are in visiting Columbia especially to visit your kids attending one of the colleges in town, this is a perfect, quiet location. Check in was simple and easy. Parking was easy as well as it was right on the street, right in front of the location.

Claire was a wonderful host, she is very welcoming as are her dog Maisie and her cat Jack. The hot tub was wonderful, and her backyard is quiet and peaceful, we felt very comfortable getting in it, neighbors are not very close. The unit itself had everything we needed and is very eclectic in its decor. We enjoyed our visit immensely and would not hesitate to book again.

True. The jacuzzi is in a shared back yard. I keep curtains closed, and respect your privacy. If you are in the jacuzzi, I do not go in yard. Am sorry you didn't have a good time.

Dad's Weekend Retreat

It was our daughter's sorority dad's weekend. This was a nice, clean, quiet, comfy place for her dad to stay away from the football chaos of the weekend but also enjoy the festivities. Located about not too far from campus, football and restaurants.

I love all the art work around, it was warm with heaters, and not as loud as a downstairs as you think. The host was wonderful and very helpful when I had questions. Will stay here again if my travel permits!

This was by far my most relaxing stay in Columbia yet. Everything from communication and cleanliness to the comfort and cozy feel of the property, inside and out. Great weekend stay

The apartment was just as described and the eclectic decor gives a fun touch. Stocked with coffee and a gallon of bottled water in a full sized fridge and the bathroom was stocked with some extras like feminine products, cotton balls, soaps, shampoo and lotion. The property has a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with our stay and with Claire as our host.

Nice quiet neighborhood, short drive to MIZZOU. Host is very responsive. Eclectic cozy lower level apartment with host living above. Nice touches such as coffee bar and kitchenette. Comfortable place to stay for the price and convenient location.
