Our townhouse is right next to the front gate and only a short 2-minute walk to the clubhouse. There is plenty of parking available right outside the front door of the home.

-Pool heat over 86 degrees $30 per day up to $150 max per stay. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your check in if you would like to add as heating can take 12-24 hours to reach desired temperature.

-BBQ gas grill is a $60 charge. This to cover the cost to ensure the grill will be properly cleaned for you to enjoy. Please notify us if you plan to use this add on at least 48 hours prior to your check in.
