Don't forget to bring your fur babies so they can enjoy the fully fenced backyard! Conveniently located near from some of our favorite restaurants and 1 mile away from Main St. Henrietta Haus is perfect for groups of friends and couples. Come, escape to the 'Burg and stay a while! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- Master bedroom with a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with king size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (4 beds total)

- Master ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower / 2nd bathroom in the hall with bathtub/shower combo

- 1 Smart TV with streaming services available (no cable). YouTube TV is also available and It should be logged into when you arrive.

Weekend trip for my daughter's birthday. Had enough room for us 6. Amenities of the home met our needs. Cushions on outside furniture had some wear and tear areas but did not effect functionality

Fredericksburg visit

House was roomy and clean! Location was good! Nice backyard and great for our dogs! Could use a new hot tub lid, and fence repair needed as small pet can get through!

Home away from home

An adorable well outfitted house making for a wonderfully easy stay. We had a larger group and the house was surprisingly more spacious than the pictures portrayed. The backyard even accommodated dry seating for wet weather watching. A short walk to “Munch Park” with food trucks and entertainment was a bonus!

Roof is the house

Beautiful home!

Stayed here with a total of 5 women and there was plenty of room to spare! Beds were comfortable, hot tub & fire pit were great & house was clean. Excellent location walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The only small request that I would make is to please remove all of the plug-ins! We may be extra sensitive, but the perfume scents were too much. Maybe replace with some essential oils? Thankfully we found all of them & could unplug them for our stay, but all 5 of us found it to be too much. Could be worse! :)

Nice house - not dog friendly!

House is perfect for a group of people, super clean and had everything that you would need for the weekend! Super close to Main Street and HEB which we loved because we stayed in and cooked a bunch! Hot tub was a nice feature. We used the fire pit but the log never took, but it was great to have that option. Only problem is I would say this is NOT a dog friendly home. The backyard was the highlight so we could sit outside with our dog while our baby slept. However due to the nature of the backyard my dog couldn’t even relieve himself without getting a burr (Spiky weed) in her paw. I walked out there just to see and I got two in my heel. The whole yard is infested with them that it was not safe to have a dog out there. We also killed a black widows in the backyard but not fault to owners that is nature. The other reason it’s not dog friendly is because we throughly read descriptions while booking on VRBO to make sure that dogs are allowed on furniture. Every listing is VERY clear when they have to be crated while gone or if they are not allowed on bed, sofa etc. we booked this house because it worked for our family but also our dog could lay on the furniture ( we have stayed in many that allow) However while we are making the 5 hour drive down there we get an email saying that now dogs can’t be on furniture. It out a really sour taste in our mouth and it was basically a bait and switch. We would not stay again with our dog.
