Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street nearby.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

The property was nice. Loved the location a lot. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. The only real issue were the pots and pans which def need to be replaced. Nonstick would be a lot easier I think. But overall a great spot and I would stay there again for sure.

This nice unit in a residential neighborhood of Moab is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We were grateful to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms after a week on the Green River! Cute kitchen and well stocked bathrooms.

Stayed 4 nights with my wife and a 14 and 11 year old. Everything was great, although the pullout sofa was a little rough for my 11 year old son. Hot tub and backyard is shared with 3 other units. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I stayed there for a few days as we toured Arches. We were close to the park and on a cute, quiet street. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My only wish is that there was laundry on site because we had needed it but it didn't end up being a big problem. I would highly recommend!
