Overall, our stay at Sunset Vistas was good. The unit was neat, but not exactly clean, and could use an update. The doors, fans, vents and baseboards hadn't been dusted in quite some time. The attached bath had a towel bar laying on the counter and the shower drain was clogged with hair. Some of the kitchen cabinets were missing the finished fronts and previous guests had written on the bare wood. The side of the fridge was gross from spills, etc. The management company was very easy to work with and communicated very well. We received our check-in information in plenty of time and had no issues getting into the unit. We had a couple minor issues our first night, but they sent someone out the next morning to take care of them. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great, and we appreciated being right on the beach. The unit's balcony has a very limited view of the beach, but that wasn't an issue for us, as we didn't spend much time out there. The onsite cafe is nice, but pricey for what you get. The unit is right next to the fitness center, so several times we would be woken up by weights hitting the ground. We would stay in the building again but would likely look for another unit next time. The area is very nice with a lot of food options and activities.

Condo was accurately described in listing. Plenty of beach supplies for family stays. Would recommend updating cabinets and furniture but for just a place to stay a few days it worked.

A great stay. Very clean and has everything you need. The closet has items for you and your family to enjoy on the beach (Chairs, boogie boards, kids buckets, umbrella, and we added a snorkel). Very easy to access with plenty of room.

The ocean was barely visible and the road was noisy. We would stay at Sunset Vistas again, but choose a different unit . The lication is great.

This property was just ok. Was masking linens and towels. Wasn’t the cleanest. Linens had stains on them. Is right next to the gym so younger loud weights being dropped at all hours. The pool is small for how many units are in this complex. Very hard to ever get a chair at the pool

Everything you need for a beach vacation.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with my elderly parents and it was perfect for our needs. With easy access to the beach and pools my parents were able to enjoy everything Treasure Island has to offer. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella which saved us a lot of money by not needing to rent these at the beach.

Lovely property. The cafe was a wonderful bonus. Excellent food and a discount for people staying there.Grab bars in the shower and bathtub should be added asap. Another suggestion would be to provide a list of what TV is available at no additional cost. With all the options available today it's a waste of time to make a selection only to find you can't watch it.

Love staying at Sunset Vista. This was my second time & it will probably be a yearly trip. 202S was top notch, I only had 1 issue with the TV & that was taken care of immediately. Great food at cafe & drinks at Tiki Bar.

Birthday Vacation

Selected this property to celebrate my birthday with my sister and friend who flew in from New Jersey. Easy airport pickup. Check in process was seamless and the property was perfect. Close to the activities we wanted (Dolphin watch, sunset sail and a visit to the Dali). Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. No complaints and I intend to book a return visit.
