Great stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Property was exactly as described, seemed very new, and was very clean. Would stay again for sure when in the area.
It is a beautiful and modern house, just as described in the pictures, located in a serene environment not far from the WEM. Great hosts. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet basement suite. We each had our own bedroom and slept well on very comfortable beds. Everything went smoothly and we hope to stay again if it’s available when we need to stay over in the city.

Absolutely loved this place. It is clean, quiet and has everything you need to have a little home away from home.
The bed is so comfortable.
It’s easy to find and the hosts are great at communicating.
I will return should I have a need to visit Edmonton again.
This property is in a newer subdivision. There was easy access to highways, stores, and restaurants. It was such a nice place to relax at the end of a day playing and adventuring around Edmonton.

Exceptional Basement suite, with plenty of extras (gas range, clothes washer and dryer (soap included), toaster, kettle, 14 cup coffee maker (coffee,cream and sugar included. Ideal rental for someone who doesn't want to dine out every night. Just off of Stony Plain Road for ease of travelling to West Edmonton and remainder of city. Great value for the price with 2 bedrooms, We really enjoyed our stay.
