Being literally right across the street from West Edmonton Mall, you will save time finding parking while having the convenience of walking back and forth throughout the day for a nap, meal, or shopping. This extremely spacious newly renovated 3 bedroom condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious homecooked meals, washer/dryer/, comfortable and soft queen beds, dedicated work area, full bath, and a yard. We've thought of all the little things such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, tea, coffee, basic cooking spices, iron, and ironing board. You will have the entire condo to yourself. While there are stairs to consider, the living room, kitchen, work desk, and dining spare are all on the main floor while the bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room are upstairs giving you that bit of much needed separation if traveling with the whole family. You cannot ask for a better stay if you're visiting West Edmonton Mall.

Great location and spacious condo. Guests should know that the air conditioner is a portable unit (not central a/c) that is quite noisy and not very effective. The building is old and run down, but the condo itself has been updated. We had some minor issues that we let the host know about when we checked out, since we didn’t have time during our stay.

Perfect spot to stay if WEM is your target. Older kids could come back and forth and take breaks. Clean and has everything you need. The LRT construction is ongoing outside but wasn’t noisy at night when it mattered.

Good overall, road construction was a hassle getting to and from the property. A/C was only in one room which was not explained in the listing. There were no dish towels or wash cloth for dishes. Only one small partial roll of paper towels and no windex or other cleaning spray available. Location across street from WEM was very good.
