Great space for a couple to be close to everything in Grand Lake. Easy access to the lake itself to launch a paddle board or kayak. Easy access to main street for restaurants.

We would have preferred a king size bed.And air conditioning as it was a very warm summer week-end.Loved being able to walk to everything, especially Grand Lake itself.Parking close was nice.

Nobody really has AC up that high in the mountains but I understand there are a handful of days that are warm. The key is to open windows at night as it gets into the 40's in summer and use the box fans provided. I have also purchased an evaporative cooler

Convenient location. Place in dire need of thorough cleaning. Pictures don’t show it is in an alley. Pillows terrible! Extras in closet but no linens for them. We would look elsewhere next time.

Wonderful location; walking distance to everything. The loft was very clean, spacious and modern. The laundry/bathroom was very convenient. The only minor thing to be aware of is that the walls are very thin, so you will hear noise from neighbors and from above. It wasn't a big problem as I sleep with earplugs, but something to be aware of. Overall it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful space that was easy to navigate to everything around, including Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay again. One more thing: the host was very communicative and easy to interact with.

The space was nice, but hot and stuffy in July. The bed sheets weren’t changed when we got there and it appeared as though the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned or that the trash emptied. It made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly. The host was super nice and the location was perfect!

The bed sheets were clean, they had a small stain which I sent the cleaner over to address before check in as I accomodated early check in for the guest and the cleaner took care of a small spot missed in the bathroom.

After a slight communication issue, I was able to check in with no further issues. I never received instructions on how to get to the roof top lounge area but not a huge issue. Overall, the condo was clean and suited my needs.

The slight communication issue was trying to accomodate an early check in which is normaly fine but cleaners are slammed on holiday weekends. The rooftop entrance is common sense but if you cant find the door all you need to do is ask! Its just to the west of the condo entrance.

We loved our stay! It's right in the middle of the town and shops, very close to the lake, about 5-10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, in a safe area, and the host communicates promptly. There's a kitchen with all of the appliances, as well as a washer/dryer and there was laundry detergent available for us and lots of towels. 10/10 would recommend.

We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.
