Close to parks, shopping, dining and highway. This is the perfect location to view surrounding CR neighborhoods, hikes, and sites. 2 large living rooms, open concept kitchen/dining. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and basement has an additional bathroom/bonus room. Yard has large deck and is fully fenced. Skate park, playground are a short walk away! must book entire months- no partial month bookings. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, inside or outside the property. No cats allowed at this rental. A small dog may be considered with pet deposit.
