This beautifully decorated condo has two bedrooms, master has a king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, two full bathrooms. Brand new tastefully decorated family room furniture, including a pull out queen size sleep sofa. This is a non-smoking unit, no pets. Ample granite countertop space. The dining room table is large enough for six people. The unit is on the first floor, convenient to your assigned under roof parking space. Treviso Bay has luxurious amenities such as a large restaurants, bars, spa services, waterfall pool with a beach. There is also a lap, pool, fitness center, a complete exercise equipment room, eight clay tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, barbecue picnic area, biking,and jogging paths. Golf membership available for January in this condo. You can dine at the beautiful golf course club house. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms are a large. Includes all new bedding, sheets and towels.
