Fully updated for SU'23, this is the perfect house for an elevated Pines experience. Fabulously redesigned, the home is perfect for a relaxing vacation or even remote work if you need. House is fully air conditioned with each bedroom having individual control.
Sunny pool deck with hot tub and grill that you will never want to leave.
This is owner-occupied; when you aren't there I'm making in more awesome
If you need to work remotely there are two "proper" standing desks with monitors, in addition to plenty of space throughout the house.
Avail through Pines Harbor, D. Katen, Bob Howard at the same or potentially lower cost
