Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used towels on the floor of the bathroom and the bed linens where you used them at check out
Please place trash bags in the bin located in the garage.
During summer season, please cover the outdoor furniture on the front deck before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Maximum of 4 cars allowed on property Absolutely no smoking of any kind on property
You must have at least 2 good host reviews to book.
Please do not move furniture. You will be charged $100 fee because of the extra work is causes the cleaning crew.
